This is the question of the small wooden bath cabins, the building of the canteen (the parlour) and the Inspekční house (at the place of today ´s Local Council), built at the time when the youngest child, the 16th descendant of Marie Terezie, her son Maxmilián II. František, was the great master of the Order and, at the same time, he was the Kolín archbishop with an elector voice in the matter for the vote of the Roman king and emperor. To the preserved buildings belong the Správní house, which was first built (1782-1785) as a ground building, (present Odra) and later it was rebuilt and elevated additionally (by the first floor in 1827 and by the second floor in 1875). Non - restored left also the Kulečníkový house, built in the neighbourhood at Maxmilian ´s spring (at the place of today ´s Džbán hotel). In 1796-99 the Věžový house was built (rebuilt in 1879 and 1918) and the ground floor of the Panský house (Praděd at present) which was elevated in 1839-40 and 1872-1873. A twenty - five - year period of struggles against Napoleon brought in its consequence the beginning of certain attenuation in building bath activity. The only exception was the construction of the first brick ground bath building - the Koupelový house - finished in 1803. At this time (1801 - 1804) the Order was led by archduke Karel (younger brother of the emperor František II, Marie Terezie ´s grandson) for a short time, he was well known especially as a general and reformer of Austrian army. After this Habsburg, who was very popular with people, (Spanish throne was offered to him, but he refused it in the end), Silesian settlement with a health resort Hinewieder was renamed from Hinewieder to Karlsbrunn - present Karlova Studánka. (The occasion for the rename offered the finishing of the Koupelový house - present Post office and discovering of another therapeutic spring - it was named Karel ´s spring, in 1802). After 1804, another brother of the emperor František II - archduke Antonín Viktor - became the leader of the Order (great master in 1804 - 1835). His brother, general Karel, as the great master (until 1804) could not think about marriage, but this became possible later, when he got married and had 7 descendants, the youngest of them - Vilém - became also a great master in 1863 while inheriting propensity for filling of military ideals from his father. In 1812, during the time of archduke Antonín Viktor, Antonín ´s spring was discovered, in 1824 the Hostinský house was built (present Bezruč), another floor elevated in 1834, another rebuilding in 1863-64 and additional building of the east wing in 1894. The Pruský house was built in 1824 (present Local Council with a school) and it was also built additionally at three stages. Luxurious Knížecí house (present Bath Institution for Exploration) was built in 1833 and the houses in very centre of the health resort were elevated at the same time. In 1835-1863, at the time of great master Maxmilian III. Josef d, Este, who had also contributed to the defeat of Napoleon, in Karlova Studánka were built the Music Hall, the church of the Virgin - Recovery of the Sick, the Sloupový house was built additionally to Maxmilian ´s spring. The year 1844 is connected with the finishing of New bathing house (present Opava), which - first on the ground brick floor - was intended for bathing, then later was elevated by wooden superstructure by other two floors with rooms for bathers. In 1842-44 the Dělnický house was built at the place of present Summer bath, it was demolished after 50 years and gave place to the construction of the modern building of Summer bath - Kurhaus - Kurbahn, with a new modern technology for procedures and closed hall for promenade. In 1862 another therapeutic spring was discovered - Vilém ´s spring which was led towards the newly built Pitný pavilion in 1864. The access to this therapeutic spring was possible already at the time of archduke Wilhelm (great master in 1863 - 1894), archduke general Karel ´s son, the health resort was named after him. Archduke Vilém energized building of the health resort again. Besides mentioned Vilém ´s spring with an actual drinking pavilion, there were buildings at expanded colonnade down to the buildings of the summer mansions in villa Wilhelm (present Vlasta), villa Eugen (present Šárka), villa Paula (which burnt down in 1914), the Hostinský house (present Bezruč) was expanded by east wing (with a balcony towards the Summer bath) to close the colonnade space in front of the newly built bath house - present Summer bath. The last Habsburg on the position of the great master was general Karel ´ s grandson, archduke Evžen Rakouský (1894 - 1923) who energized the construction of the Lotrinský (Slezský) house. The main bath building - the Lázeňský hotel (present bath house Libuše) was constructed under the auspices of P. Dr. Norbert Klein (great master in 1923 - 1933) at the time of the economic depression in 1928-31. Considering the time the building is very modern and generous everyway.
