Comfortable accommodation, food and therapeutic procedures under one roof, that is the Imperial Hotel of the comfortable 21st century, still one of the most beautiful hotels in Františkovy Lázně. No wonder it has made its mark on the history of the world as it was right here in this New-Renaissance style villa where Zita von Bourbon and the Archduke Karel František Josef, the future Emperor Karel I., were introduced to each other. The stories of celebrity guests are a part of local folklore. The villa stands isolated in the middle of the Jitřní Park and offers luxury services including a balneo centre. Its location and facilities make it an ideal place for private care patients and its home from home atmosphere makes it even more popular. The New-Renaissance villa was built by an important architect from Františkovy Lázně, Karl Wiedermann in 1878.
Accommodation: The hotel offers 49 single and double rooms, of which 4 are top of the range apartments. Luxury rooms have been newly and comfortable furnished with satellite TV, minibar, safe and phone. All rooms have spacious bathrooms. There are two lifts available in the hotel together with two special rooms for the disabled.
Therapeutic procedures: The new balneo centre, which is connected with the villa via a lift and a nice hallway, houses the doctors' surgeries and offers all day medical service and comprehensive therapeutic procedures, e.g. carbonic, whirlpool and Jacuzzi baths, mud treatments, massages, electro therapy, magnetic therapy, gas injections, paraffin treatments, specially designed exercises, lane swimming and pool exercises.
Board: Buffet-style breakfasts are served in the spacious dining room furnished with reproduction furniture. A wide choice of meals is available at lunchtime and dinnertime including four types of dietary meals and a salad buffet. The lobby bar, open during the day and in the evenings, offers sweets, several types of coffee and a selection of hot and cold drinks.
Other services: Concerts are organised on the terrace or in the lobby bar, mostly in the summer season, but also in winter. The reception offers money changing facilities. Credit and debit cards are accepted. It is also possible to purchase daily newspapers and small gifts at reception.
The area offers sporting facilities: minigolf, skittles, petanque, bike rental facilities and tennis courts. There is also a secure car park in front of the main entrance for a small fee.

The Savoy Complex is located in the very centre of the town in the close vicinity of Národní třída Street, a large park and the popular Sadová Café. The history of the Savoy Hotel goes back to the 18th century. The adjacent Metropol Hotel, which is a true architectonical jewel that has been sensitively reconstructed in a luxurious style is situated just across a beautiful park from the main building which offers all the therapeutic procedures and comprehensive medical care. The hotel was built in the pure style of the Viennese Neo-Renaissance. Savoy The Savoy Complex The Savoy Hotel, formerly known as The City of Leipzig Hotel, was built in 1795 by the architect Anton Schambelly, and for many years it was used as a pharmacy. The Labe Hotel, which was built about 80 years later, is now a part of the complex. The Serbian King and Queen, Nataly and Milan, were some of the important guests of this hotel in 1880.
Accommodation: The Savoy and Labe Hotels offer 9 apartments, 50 single and 33 double rooms, all ensuite, with satellite TV (including Spa Channel), refrigerator and telephone. The therapeutic procedures taking place in the basement can be accessed by lift. The Metropol Hotel offers a peaceful environment, a buffet style breakfast, modern rooms, an enclosed car park and the possibility for dog owners to come with their pets.
Therapeutic procedures: The Savoy Hotel houses the doctors' surgeries, and offers all day medical service and a comprehensive range of therapeutic procedures – carbonic baths, mud treatment, whirlpool and Jacuzzi baths, massages, electro treatment, magnetic therapy, gas injections, paraffin treatments, oxygen therapy, inhalation and therapeutic exercise. A laboratory and ECG are also situated here.
Board: The Savoy Hotel guests have meals in their own dining room. There is a buffet-style breakfast and at lunchtime and dinnertime the guests have a choice of four Czech dishes. Meals for vegetarians and diabetics are available on request. The Metropol Hotel guests who stay on the H/B basis can also enjoy the facilities of this dining room.
Other services: The spacious entrance hall of the Savoy Hotel offers money changing facilities; one can buy newspapers, postcards and small gifts there, enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Ladies might enjoy a visit to the hairdressers, a facial treatment or a pedicure, whilst gentlemen might appreciate the lounge with a chess table. The Hotel: The Belvedere spa building is wonderfully located next to the southern park. Its annexes, Royal and Lužnice, are in neighbouring buildings. The Belvedere was built in the classical style of early romanticism. A choice of several meals is served in the dining rooms with a marvellous view of the park. All meals are prepared to meet strict dietary requirements. They are delicious and appeal to the eye, which is typical for this cuisine. Meals can be also prepared according to the guest´s individual wish.
Accommodation: is standard, but include public rooms for socialising or for watching TV.
Other services: In the Belvedere there are doctors offices and some specialised medical rooms (massages, gas injections, electrotherapy and rehabilitation exercises) where all guests are given the best care. Other procedures are performed in Spas I, II and III.
