BUZOLA s.r.o. was founded in 1999 as tour operator specialized in incoming tourism to the Czech Republic.

We provide all kinds of land arrangement in the whole area of Czech republic for groups, incentive groups and for individual clients.

Of course, we are able to arrange hotels in other places and towns of the Czech Republic.

Besides this basic offer we are ready to prepare tailor - made programmes for your clients on the basis of your request and are able to arrange all kinds of services in the whole area of Central Europe (Budapest, Vienna, Bratislava, etc.) in cooperation with our partners abroad.

Prices are per person and per night and include municipal tax, VAT and breakfast.

C. Cancellation Policy
Until 48 hours before arrival no cancellation charges, less than 48 hours we charge 100% of the first night.
All bookings, alterations and cancellation are subject to written confirmation.

A. Rates
Apply for a minimum of 20 persons.

B. Complimentary Policy
We offer 1 person free in a double room for every 20 full paying guests (max.4 pax per group).

C. Deposit Policy

• by the agreement - 10% of the total amount
• until 21 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total amount
• until 7 days prior to arrival - 40% of the total amount

Cancellation Fees

• 30 - 21 days prior to arrival - 10 % of the total amount
• 21 - 14 days prior to arrival - 30 % of the total amount
• 14 - 10 days prior to arrival - 50 % of the total amount
• 10 - 07 days prior to arrival - 90 % of the total amount
• From 7 days prior to arrival - 100 % of the total amount

D. Rooming list and meal arrangements
Should be available 7 days prior to arrival at the latest.
